MuPop exhibitions in 11 European cities
Participation in cultural heritage is a hot topic. But which formats work and what results might be expected? These questions were at the crux of WeAre#EuropeForCulture: a rollercoaster of a project that took us across many European cities, putting innovative approaches to the test in crowdsourcing workshops and exhibitions co-created with local communities.
The technical foundation of the exhibitions was MuPop, an interactive exhibition format developed by Noterik that is eminently suited to combine digital and physical into one interactive experience. The project and content coordination was done by KU Leuven and the Photoconsortium took care of the network and exhibition coordination.
