Multiscreen Toolkit @ EuroITV conference
Our Multiscreen Toolkit is presented by Daniel Ockeloen at the EuroITV Conference on June 24-26th in the demo sessions as well as in the 4th Future of Television workshop. The toolkit enables rapid prototyping of multiscreen applications, allowing developers and designers to focus on their concept ideas, rather than having to deal with synchronization and communication between screens. Support and default solutions are provided for sharing and notifications between screen, and functionalities are available for different interface options such as touch screens and traditional remotes. Our demos built with the Multiscreen Toolkit include a 2nd screen application for viewing enrichments related to a TV program on an iPad, and a game where players need to place multiple iPads next to each other in order to discover the correct driving route for a car.
