WebTV for government meetings

In 2003 Noterik was the first organization in the Netherlands that webcasted a municipality meeting. Technology wise, much has changed since 2003. Broadband Internet has become a common good, voters get their information online and a new generation of politicians makes clever use of Web 2.0 standards, such as blogs and social networks. In line with these developments Noterik introduces version 2.0 of it's webcasting software BestuurOnline.

EUScreen project started

In October 2009 Noterik started building the video portal EUScreen. This portal will make the historical video archives of more than 15 public broadcast organizations within the EU accessible to the public.

Webcast Hackers At Large 2009

Noterik, in cooperation with XS4ALL, is webcasting the HAR 2009. A total of more then a hundred lectures are broadcasted live to the internet. Lectures will be available on-demand within one hour after the live event so viewers in other time-zone can listen to them at a time that is convenient for them.
