Wat is MESH?

MESH is het acroniem voor Multimedia Semantic for Syndication of Enhanced Newsservices. Het is in het kader van het 6e kaderprogramma gefinancierd en heeft als doel een innovatief platform te ontwikkelen voor snelle en efficiente toegang en levering van nieuws binnen het domein van rampen.

Wie doet mee aan MESH?

Het consortium bestaat uit de volgende twaalf partners uit de wereld van techniek, wetenschap en journalistiek: Telefonica (ES) die als projectleider opereert, Informatics & Telematics Institute (GR), Athens Technology Center SA (GR), Motorola SAS (FR), Queen Mary University of London (UK), Institut National de lAudiovisuel (F), Noterik BV (NL), Universiteit Twente (NL), Deutsche Welle (DE), Deutsche Forschungszentrum fur Kunstliche Intelligenz GmbH (DE), Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (ES) and DIAS Publishing House Ltd (CY).
